Within Pune
24–48 hours. Fresh flowers and garlands are same-day if ordered before 11 am.
Rest of India
3–6 working days by courier, with tracking shared on WhatsApp. 240+ pin codes served.
Packing
Fragile pieces double-wrapped and cushioned. We send a photo of the sealed parcel before dispatch.
Returns & replacements
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge if you share a photo within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Fresh flowers, opened samagri and customised or branded bulk orders cannot be returned.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a photo. We arrange pickup for Pune addresses; for other cities we reimburse courier charges up to ₹150.
